The college is privileged with a sprawling 125 acres campus in the midst of the city. It is one of the few public schools in the country to have such a large campus. It has spacious buildings and play fields.
Utkal Bhawan the college guest house has adequate A.C. rooms. Reservation for accommodation in the guest house Can be made through the Bursar subject to vacancy in the Guest House.

The college has a big Dining Hall namely Sarangarh Dining Hall which was inaugurated by Dr. Rajendra Prasad the then President of India where over 600 students can be served meals at a time. The boarders have their meals in the mess together. It provides both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food of high quality.
