Admissions are granted in all classes except classes X and XII. Admission is granted in the College on the basis of candidates performance in the Entrance test held on the last Sunday of February of the year in which they wish to join the College. The admission test is taken in English, Hindi and Mathematics. Prescribed syllabi for the same is provided at the end of this Prospectus for reference. Admissions are based on vacancy and merit with preference being given to boarders over day boarders. No student will be granted admission as a day boarder from class VI onwards.
Students are admitted to the Play Class from the age of two plus and to the Class VI from the age of Twelve plus. Admission is done on first come first serve basis. When the admission has been confirmed the Medical fitness certificate and Transfer certificate of the student are to be deposited in the College Office with the prescribed fee. In exceptional cases depending on the merit of the child and vacancy in a particular class, mid-term admissions are also given on payment of full fee for the year.
Once a student has been admitted in the College as a boarder, he/she will not be permitted to become a day scholar at a later date. The Students in classes V and below, shall have to compulsorily become boarders on reaching Class VI. The school is in the process of converting senior classes to pure boarding with exception for exceptionally bright students with impeccable conduct. Towards this, class VI onwards has been made pure boarding from academic year 2015-2016
